Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings at Hardy's Retreat are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp within 2 hours of payment receipt.

3. Peak Season & Festive Period Cancellations

For bookings during peak season (May–June, October–November, December 20–January 5), all cancellations within 30 days of check-in will be subject to 100% retention. No refund will be applicable.

4. Modification Policy

Date modifications are subject to availability and may attract a rate difference. Requests for date change must be made at least 15 days before the original check-in date. Hardy's Retreat reserves the right to decline modification requests during peak season.

5. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source. Hardy's Retreat is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances, Hardy's Retreat will offer a date reschedule or credit note valid for 12 months. Cash refunds under force majeure will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
